AE 481 / 482 Reflection

This year's AE Senior Thesis was an opportunity to display the education and experience gathered over the last 5 years studying Architectural Engineering and in the professional world. Over the course of the 2015-2016 year, I analyzed Project X in an effort to optimize the construction process to best suit the given project, the owner, and the project team while looking at the various systems of the building and key components of the project. The fall semester consisted of various reports on the existing building and construction conditions. The spring semester focued on depth analysis topics of interest in hopes of improving the overall constructon process, driving down costs, and reducing overall schedule durations.  Throughout the entire process the use of various skills that have been taught to students earlier in their education were utilized.

CPEP Reflection

The CPEP website was a great tool that I was able to utilitze throughout the process to display my thesis work.  The website allowed for my progress to be tracked and for those interested to learn more about my project.
